Middle School / Youth Program

We’re excited to begin planning the redesigned Junior Chiefs Lacrosse program for players in grades K–8. Whether your child has played for several seasons, attended a clinic, or is brand new to lacrosse, we’d love to hear from you.

Please complete the Player Interest Form for each player in your family. Your responses will help us plan teams and activities, understand scheduling needs and equipment questions, and share the program information families are looking for.

This is an interest form only. Completing it does not commit your family to registering or paying. Please select your player’s grade for the 2026–2027 school year.
